My family has been ordering from Xiang’s for years and it still holds up today. Only slight change in some recipes it seems but still very good and satisfactory. One of, if not my favorite Chinese takeout restaurant
Okay, there are Chinese restaurants, then there are Chinese Restaurants. This is the latter, and it’s quite the hidden gem here in Colorado Springs. It’s old school, the kind we Gen Xer’s grew up with in our towns and neighborhoods. When you walk in, you can tell, as it’s almost like a little deja vu when you first walk in. The food, well, the food is one of the best in town. Always freshly made, and it’s a family owned restaurant, and that owner is the chef. He’s made some of the best dishes of Asian food put in front of me, and had a lot to judge from my military career. It is so reminiscent of the restaurant I grew up with in the 70’s, and cannot brag enough on the quality and taste of their dishes. Do yourself an favor, and go to them off Powers and Constitution, and you will be very impressed. My only critique is their location, but I think that’s the way this old school establishment wants it. They are our favorite in the Springs!

Absolutely fantastic food. We had Mushu pork and Happy Family tonight - both were phenomenal. It was very quiet on a Monday evening .. little too quiet tbh, but service was top notch.
BEST CHINESE IN THE SPRINGS.... Found out about Xiang's from a true New Yorker. He said it was some of the best Chinese takeout and he wasn't lying. This food was hot and fresh. The phone kept ringing for orders. The prices are amazing and the portions sizes are too. Probably going next week already. Dare I saw this the best Chinese in the Springs!
I got Szechuan beef to go for dinner after a long trip and was hoping it would be good. Was not disappointed! The beef was incredibly tender, portions generous and food flavored thoroughly! Szechuan beef had lots of crisp veggies and plenty of sauce. I will be back for this again.
Very kind, order was served fast, and food was amazing, about my 5th time and the service in all aspects is always consistently great.
